Just the size I was looking for and the right number of hooks for my use. Nice weight, feels like it will hold up well.

Picked this up to keep resistance bands and other gear from being all over the place and it helps a lot. Everything has a spot now instead of just being thrown around. Build is decent and it holds what it needs to. Not a must-have, but definitely makes things cleaner.

This has made my workout room more organized and has made it easy to grab and find the gym equipment I need quickly.

I was looking forward to this to help me organize my bands and lighter 2, 3, and 5lb weights I've been using for my at-home workouts following Physical Therapy but the prongs are too close together to hold my weights. Because of that, I took the whole thing off of my wall because that was a big part of what I wanted since their picture shows weights hanging off of it. Even my 2lb handheld weights from Target (so quite possibly the exact same weights many others will have) were too thick to be able to fit in the prongs of this.
Besides that, it does appear built sturdy; it is heavy, and it should hold well if installed properly (although with mounting holes about 11.5" apart, you're definitely only hitting one stud at best). Because at least half of this will be in drywall without a stud, I would not personally use this to hold a band in place while I pulled away from it.
